St. Lawrence University senior Nick Lyndaker earned a record-breaking performance at the Utica Winter Opener, beating a 42-year-old school record in the 1,000-meter run previously set by Dave Elster in 1984 by posting a time of 2:26.72. With this achievement, Lyndaker officially becomes the most decorated record-holder in Saints men’s indoor track and field history, now holding program records in the 1,000m, 1,500m, 3,000m and the mile.
