Hobart College sophomore quarterback Jeremy Weiss directed the Statesmen's strongest offensive effort of the season, leading the team to a 49-17 win over St. Lawrence. He was 13-of-17 passing for a career-high 329 yards and four touchdowns without an interception. Weiss eclipsed the Hobart game record for pass efficiency, logging a 316.7 rating, surpassing the previous standard by more than 47 points. He also teamed up with sophomore wide receiver Jordan Nolan to break the Hobart record for longest pass play. Standing in his own end zone, Weiss heaved a pass to the Hobart 47 that Nolan caught and took to the house for a 96-yard touchdown, seven yards longer than the previous mark. His 76.5 completion percentage is fifth on Hobart's single-game list, while his four TD passes are tied for ninth on the single-game list. Weiss is the first Hobart quarterback to throw for more than 300 yards since Sept. 21, 2019.
