William Smith College senior midfielder Ruth Hotaling led the Herons with two goals last week. On Saturday against Skidmore, Hotaling scored twice in the second half as the Herons defeated the Thoroughbreds 2-0. She extended her Liberty League-leading goal total to 11 goals. Hotaling is 10th in the nation with four game-winning goals, 21st in goals (11) and 35th in points (23).
