William Smith College senior midfielder Ruth Hotaling scored three of the Herons' five goals in a 2-0-0 week in Liberty League play. On Wednesday against Ithaca, she scored the game-winning goal in the 41st minute then on Saturday against Clarkson, she scored twice. Hotaling was credited with the game-tying goal in the 45th minute on a free kick. She then buried a penalty kick attempt in the 85th minute. Hotaling leads the Liberty League with nine goals and 19 points.
