The Hobart College doubles team of seniors Jacob Linares and Nick Fischer won the doubles title at the 2025 ITA Men's Northeast Regional Championship this past weekend. Linares and Fischer went 5-0 on the weekend on their way to capturing the title. The duo only lost one game on the first day, winning 8-0 in the first round and then 8-1 in the round of 16. Their quarterfinal match against Skidmore's Yuval Goodman and Harrison Gradin was their closest match of the weekend. Fischer and Linares won 8-7 (7-3). In the Championship, match they won 6-3, 6-3 to become the first Statesmen to win the northeast doubles crown since 2018.
