Vassar College senior forward/midfielder Sofia Beseth played a major role for the Brewers as they started conference play at 2-0 over the weekend with a 1-0 victory over #25 Ithaca followed by a 2-1 road win over Union on Sunday. Against the Garnet Chargers, Beseth assisted on the first goal of the contest and then tallied the eventual game-winner in the third period to help the Brewers to its second straight conference victory. Beseth currently ranks in the top-10 in the league in points with 12 and goals with five.
