Hobart College sophomore Duncan Kipkoech led the Hobart cross country team to its second victory of the season on Saturday as as the team finished first at the SUNY Poly Wildcat Classic. Kipkoech led the 67-runner field to the finish line, stopping the clock at 27:17.3, 30.9 seconds ahead of the second-place runner. The win was his first collegiate victory. Kipkoech will look to continue to lead the Statesmen as they prepare for the Houghton Highlander Invitational on Oct. 11.
