Clarkson University junior Ryan Makowski averaged 72.33 strokes per 18 holes over the course of three competitive rounds this past week. He shot 74 to tie for fifth among 39 golfers at the Clarkson Invitational on Wednesday. This weekend, he repeated as the St. Lawrence Invitational champion, winning by two strokes with a one-under 143 for the two-day event (topping the field of 70 golfers). He scored a 70 on Saturday and then came back with a 73 on Sunday.
