University of Rochester sophomore Nora Chen had a strong meet on Sunday, competing at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Last Chance Meet, earning wins in both the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay. Chen moved up to third on the Division III performance list this season in both events, running a school-record time of 1:00.40 in the hurdles, while helping the relay post a time of 3:43.84.
