University of Rochester junior Maddie White kept her late season string of strong pitching going over three appearances last week, posting a 0.00 ERA in 14.1 innings. White picked up a pair of wins, allowing just five hits and zero runs, striking out five and walking two. She held opponents to a .106 batting average and did not allow an extra base hit. On Thursday against Buffalo State, she tossed a 2-hit shutout in a 1-0 Rochester win. Then on Sunday, White closed out the weekend with another shutout, tossing a 3-hitter in a 1-0 victory against Ithaca.
