University of Rochester first-year outfielder Benjamin Garber was the Yellowjackets' leading hitter in a 2-3 week on the diamond, hitting .467 (7-for-15) with 4 runs scored, one triple, one home run and nine RBI. The rookie added three walks and two HBP for a .600 on-base percentage and also slugged .800 for the week. Garber had multiple hits in three games and had his best game in a win over RIT on Friday, going 2-for-3 with a HR, 2 RBI, 2 walks and 1 stolen base.
