University of Rochester senior Megan Bell turned in a stellar performance over the weekend, competing at the William & Mary Colonial Relays. Bell posted the top time on the Division III performance list in both the 400 meters (54.77 seconds) and 800 meters (2:05.34) so far this outdoor season. The 800-meter time smashed her own school and Liberty League association record by nearly four seconds and currently ranks sixth all-time in Division III history. Bell finished in second place overall in both the 400 meters (of 44 runners) and 800-meter invite race (14 runners). Additionally, Bell was on the school-record breaking sprint medley relay team that took fourth in a time of 4:06.69, also ranking sixth all-time in Division III history. As a team, Rochester ended sixth of 30 teams with 50 total points, ranking as the top Division III school at the event.
