Hobart College senior Hyat Oyer of the 37th ranked Hobart tennis team led the Statesmen as they went 3-1 on the week. Oyer posted a 4-0 mark in singles play at the No. 2 position and is riding a four match win streak. Oyer defeated Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Pablo Rincon 1-6, 6-3, 10-8 before beating Colby Sawyer's Ashton Meuse 6-1, 6-3. He then continued his win streak with wins over Hope's Ned Curley, 7-6, 6-3 and Vassar's Eugene Lee 7-5, 6-3. He is now 5-3 in dual matches this season and 6-5 overall.
