RPI freshman Rachael Mesibov won the first four events of her collegiate career as RPI opened the season with a 188-111 team defeat of Roger Williams. Individually, Mesibov placed first in the 200-free (2:01.96) and 500-free (5:32.01). She was also part of the first place 200-free (1:44.69) and 200-medley (1:58.23) relay teams.
