RIT senior center fielder Maddy Cook opened the season batting .500 (12-for-24) with five doubles, seven runs scored, and eight RBI in the Tigers' first six games of the season. She finished 3-for-3 with two doubles, two runs scored and four RBI in the 18-0 win over Cobleskill and also went 3-for-5 with a single, a double and a triple while scoring two runs and knocking in another opposite Bethany on Friday. On Sunday, she went 2-for-4 with a double, a RBI and two runs scored in a win over La Roche before going 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored against Rockford.
