Univeristy of Rochester senior Megan Bell won two individual events, one relay and was runner up in the distance medley relay at the Liberty League Indoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend and she was recognized as the Women’s Track Performer of the Meet. In Rochester’s runner-up team finish, Bell captured first place in the 400 meters, 800 meters, and was part of the Yellowjackets' winning 4x400 meter relay while also finishing second in the distance medley relay event. Bell’s win in the 400 meters was in 56.10 seconds, set a new meet record. During the 800 meters, the senior set new meet and facility records, running 2:09.55, while the 4x400 relay squad also set new meet and facility marks with a 3:51.58 time. Rochester’s DMR was under the previous meet record as well, but finished second in a time of 12:15.99. All four times were AARTFC qualifiers and the 4x400 meter relay now ranks #6 in Division III this season, with her 800 meter time ranking #2.
