University of Rochester first-year athlete Eva Ciuffetelli put together a strong first meet for the Yellowjackets, earning top-four finishes in both the 400 meters and 4x400 relay, both of which also placed on the NCAA DIII Indoor Qualifying List. Ciuffetelli kicked off the evening with a fourth-place finish in the 400 meters, crossing the finish line in 59.47, an AARTFC qualifying time and the 17th-fastest 400 meters in DIII to open the season. Then running the second leg of UR’s top 4x400 Relay, Ciuffetelli helped the Yellowjackets win the relay with another AARTFC qualifier and the third-fastest 4x400 Relay so far in NCAA Division III this year.
