First-year setter Delainy Williams led the William Smith volleyball team to the Liberty League title match this weekend. The Herons fell to Ithaca in the championship match and sit at 22-6 on the season. Williams had another strong weekend, averaging 9.00 assists per set, 1.88 digs per set and 1.13 points per set. In a five-set win over Clarkson on Friday, she recorded her seventh double-double of the season with 52 assists and 10 digs. Williams also added three kills (.429) and two service aces in the win. The following day, she tallied 20 assists, five digs, three service aces and one kill.
