William Smith College first-year setter Delainy Williams combined for 123 assists, 13 digs, 10 blocks, seven kills (.023) and six service aces. Through three matches, Williams averaged 9.46 assists per set, 1.00 digs per set and 1.42 points per set. In a five-set loss to Susquehanna, Williams surpassed the 1,000 career assist mark. She is the first Heron in program history to achieve this milestone within her rookie season. In a dominating sweep of Stevenson, Williams tallied 40 assists, three blocks and two digs. She then recorded 39 assists, six digs, and five blocks against Rochester before recording 44 assists, three kills and two blocks against Susquehanna.
