Vassar College first-year Lizzie Lowe finished first overall out of 49 total runners as the Brewers secured its second consecutive ECAC title. Lowe cruised to a first-place finish on the 6K course with a time of 24:22.8; 31.6 seconds ahead of the runner-up, teammate and classmate Sophia Marchioli.
