William Smith College first year defender Nell Dwyer played a key role on defense, helping the Herons to a 2-0-0 week. On Wednesday, Dwyer and the William Smith defense limited Cortland to eight shots in a 1-0 shutout. On Saturday, St. Lawrence only managed three shots. Dwyer has started every single game on defense for the Herons.
