William Smith College junior outside hitter Malya Sayre averaged 4.14 kills per set, 3.57 digs per set and 5.29 points per set through seven sets this weekend. In matches against Union and Nazareth, Sayre put down 29 kills (.185), 25 digs, six service aces, three blocks and two assists. She opened the weekend with a 13-kill and 16-dig performance against Union for her 13th double-double of the season. She also added two service aces and one block in the Liberty League win. She then recorded 16 kills against Nazareth on a .429 hitting percentage in the sweep of the Golden Flyers, adding nine digs, four service aces and two blocks in the win. Sayre leads the Liberty League in kills per set (3.95) and points per set (4.71) and ranks fourth in the league in service aces per set (0.60).
