The RIT women's rowing team competed in the 35th Head of the Genesee on Saturday. In the Collegiate Varsity 8+ race, the Tigers recorded a winning time of 19:22.710, beating out second place William Smith (19:46.468) and third place finishers Rochester (19:55.918). The boat consisted of coxswain Claire Schwenke, with Jessica Hall, Mikaela Simpkinson, Clara LaChance, Sarah Polek, Jenna Olivieri, Erin Getty, Arden Conybear and Mia Leon.
