The Varsity 8+ picked up their first win of the season with a time of 13:14.40 to edge out St. Lawrence University by 2.50 seconds and over 46 seconds faster than Binghamton University on the 3,700-meter course during the Mohawk Fall Classic. Union's winning boat was comprised of senior Sarah DeRosa (coxswain), junior Sam Flynn (stroke), junior Nick Meyer (7 seat), sophomore Danny Bender (6 seat), sophomore Stuart Livingston (5 seat), sophomore Tyler Perry (4 seat), sophomore Wolfgang Bodge (3 seat), senior Miles Fee (2 seat), and senior Alex Chan (bow).
