University of Rochester junior linebacker Daniel Santos excelled in his first collegiate start on Saturday, helping the Yellowjackets defense record a shutout in a 28-0 road victory at Alfred State. He recorded 10 tackles, tying for the team high and added an interception late in the first half which led to a Rochester touchdown. In addition, Santos paced Rochester with 2.5 tackles for loss, including a 4th-and-goal stop during the second half of play.
