William Smith College first-year defender Nell Dwyer played all 90 minutes as she and the Herons' defense shut out Messiah, which was receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches poll, on Saturday. Dwyer and the Herons limited the Falcons to a season-low eight shots in the victory. Dwyer has started all five games on defense for the Herons.
