In the 'A' draw of the Mary Hosking Invitational at William Smith, St. Lawrence University junior Molly Jespersen recorded 8-4 and 8-1 wins to advance to day two. In the semifinals, Jespersen won 8-6 over Maya McDaniel to reach the final where she finished as the runner-up. Jespersen also advanced to the semifinals of 'A' doubles alongside first-year Eleanor McDermed.
