Ithaca College senior John Griffin earned two wins in the Liberty League Championship and did not allow a run in 7.0 innings pitched. Griffin tossed one inning and struck out one batter in Ithaca's first walk-off win of the tournament, an 8-7 victory over Union. He then returned to the mound and blanked Rochester for six innings of relief with six strikeouts and he allowed just three hits as the Bombers won, 3-2, in 13 innings. Ithaca also posted a third walk-off victory in as many days with a 7-6 victory on Saturday for the Bombers third straight league title.
