Ithaca College senior infielder Ethan Rothstein was named the Liberty League Tournament Most Outstanding Performer after he went 7-for-15 (.466) at the plate with three RBI as the Bombers went 3-0 in the league double-elimination tournament on three consecutive walk-offs. Rothstein was responsible for two of those game-winning hits as he smacked a double in the bottom of the 13th to give Ithaca a 3-2 win over Rochester and then won the championship, 7-6, with a two-run single in the title game against Rochester. The Bombers also won its first game of the tournament against Union, 8-7.
